This weekend’s box office feature a top 4 that was made up films that had been out a month or more.

Case in point is “Hidden Figures”, which is in it’s fourth week of release.

It grabbed the top spot, nabbing over $20 million bucks this past weekend.

“La La Land”, which has also been out around six weeks, was #2 with $14.5 million.

It’s second place showing was actually up from fifth place last week!

“Sing” has been out a month and “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” has been out five weeks and they are at #3 and #4.

You’ve got to get all the way down to the weekend’s fifth biggest film, “Bye Bye Man” to find a movie that is in it’s first week of release.
