There’s a Nobel prize winner teaching over at the University of Chicago!
The Chicago Tribune says that Richard Thaler won the Nobel Prize for Economics yesterday!
He’s one of founders of behavioral economics, which is based around the way that people’s behavior shapes the way they spend their money.
While all that can be confusing, what he gets for winning the Nobel Prize isn’t!
He gets over a million bucks as a prize!
Crazy thing is, there’s a whole bunch of other professors that have won Nobel prizes there too!
Hope this doesn’t mean that they’re going to raise tuition because the professors are Nobel Prize winners!
