So it’s not unusual for the Chicago River to be green on St. Patrick’s Day.
But, we’re no where near St. Patrick’s Day and the river was a teal color near Wolf Point over the weekend.
It’s supposed to be a muddy color this time of year, but it wasn’t!
Officials told The Sun-Times that they’re pretty sure that whatever is happening is natural, but are looking in to it.
They think that some of the season negation changes in the river might be the reason for it.
